RE8 BIOGENICS – Return & Refund Policy
At RE8 BIOGENICS, your health and satisfaction are our top priorities. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns:
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our probiotic supplements, we only accept returns of unopened and unused products.
Products must be returned in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
We cannot accept returns for opened, partially used, or damaged products unless they were delivered defective or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer, except in cases where the error is on our part (wrong product shipped, defective/damaged item received).
Replacements:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, kindly notify us at re8biogenics.ecommerce@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery along with your order details and product images.
After verification, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used probiotic bottles.
Items purchased during promotional sales, discounts, or clearance (unless defective).
Gift cards and trial/sample packs.
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact us at re8biogenics.ecommerce@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).
2. Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the process.
3. Once approved, ship the product to the return address provided by our support team.
